I bought this as a gift for my fiancée, but I probably use it as much as she does. We have been very happy with it. It does take some time to warm up the towel, so when you plan to take a shower, put the towel in it well ahead of time. It works better if you loosely bunch up the towel rather than putting it in while it's still folded. You want as much of the towels surface area to be touching the sides of the warmer's interior as possible.

I do love the towel warmer buutt and it's a "big but" (haha), it's not for larger towels. You'll have to set the warmer far before you shower because it does take a while to get the towel warm, you'll have to take the towel out mid stream and flip it to warm the whole thing so that you don't have a half cold towel. So, if you are a lover of bath blankets like me, you'll have to get a larger unit. This may warm an average towel but any larger and it's iffy...very easy to use, but underperformed for my needs. The description should definitely reflect largest towel size for the unit

This is wonderful, but if the water you get out of is hotter than the towel warmer, you will wonder if it's working properly. It's nice to have a warm towel in cold weather. I even took it on vacation because I got spoiled.

Omg this is the best thing I ever bought!Having a nice warm towel when stepping out of the shower... Sooo lovely... Especially on cold mornings.I put my daughters nightgown in along with her towel while she has her bedtime bath and it's so nice and cozy for her when she gets out!Great for warming a blanket too for family members when they have colds or aches and pains. Or to warm a blanket for an animal with arthritis! Such a comfort!

Gave it as a gift and it’s the talk of nearly every visit. My mom will bring it out in the living room in the colder months and put her blanket in it while she’s making dinner, then sit in the couch and have a cozy blanket to snuggle with.
