Heavy duty. Turns easily. Color isn't quite as pink as pictured. I got it for the functionality so that doesn't bother me. If my Mom called me and said she needed a new can opener, this is what I'd buy her.

The ease of turn is the best part about the opener. I love pink and bought it for color, but it is a very easy opener to turn and to start a can and I have fairly small hands. Ring size 6

I love pink, so naturally I would choose this as a can opener, but was pleasantly surprised and how well strong, and durable this hand can opener is. Not to mention, you need to have hand/manual operated kitchen gadgets for WCS. Highly recommend. Thank you and God bless
