My daughter got on and got right back off. That’s how I know it was a good machine. I use it while watching shows and let the time pass on it. You will get a good workout for sure.

I enjoy my workout and pleased with purchase. The cardio is definitely there if that’s what you’re looking for. If you have any knee problems, you will probably feel it while using the stair stepper.

It has no resistance at all so when you using it you have to control how far you go down or it hits the bottom rough.
