The Neewer upgraded tilt head is sturdy and easy to use. I had to move my camera rig around in order to access the knobs, but that's a small issue considering the added security of a solid tilt head.

I needed some flexibility with my video production. This product is made from high quality material. Its very smooth in operation and works as it should. I am now able to easily disconnect/connect my camera with a twist of a knob instead of trying to screw in a set screw with a screw driver. When I'm out on a job, I want to quickly connect my gear up with no hassle and maximum flexibility.I shoot my own product video/photos for my company and this gave me the flexibility I needed in a small package. Worth it!

This is a great product. I did not see that Neewer has another one that doesn't need the nuts to tighten, maybe this is better for that reason, but I don’t know. So far I like this plate and I am going to keep using it.

Nicely machined and well made, but no matter how hard I tighten the adjusting friction levers the platform moves too easily with heavier loads (> 3 lbs). Can only recommend for the lightest loads.

Excellent quality and easy to adjust. Study. Holds any position well without slippage. Ten times better than a swivel-ball head. I bought two more of this tilt head because of the quality and performance.

Previously, I had used a small tripod to lift my IC-705 up off a desk or table, but arranging the legs was always somewhat of a pain. This Z-Flex mount eliminates the pain.

Ha sido la solución más práctica en mis trabajos profesionales. Tengo un buen tripié para video. Cuando lo uso para foto fija, esta montura en Z ha resultado genial y me ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo. Un mero cambio de encuadre de paisaje a retrato (horizontal/vertical) toma segundos. Los ajustes son cómodo y eficientes. Aún el hecho de poder elevar, bajar, inclinar la cámara sin tener que ajustar las patas del tripié es una gran ventaja.Lo malo? Since the launch of the original FlexTILT head by edelkrone in 2015, several companies replicated this head calling it Z-Flex head (because of its shape). Neewer is one of them. This is an improved version that does not require an Allan key to lock the head in position but uses wing-nuts to easily operate in the field.Neewer Z-Flex Tilt is not a pan-tilt head as some may believe; panning function may be part of the tripod used to hold this head. They call it a “tripod headâ€, but that’s not to be confused with a fluid head which is made for video shooters - it’s more like a head for photographers, nevertheless more versatile than other solutions.The Z-Flex Tilt head appears to be 100% metal and sturdy. I use it with a mirrorless camera without any problems but I believe it will work fine with DSLRs too (especially, light ones like Canon EOS T or SL series). The head can be combined with a smartphone holder like Neewer own (https://www.amazon.ca/Neewer-Smartphone-Holder-Vertical-Bracket/dp/B075R229KH/).There is a new version of the flex tilt head made from 4 segments in Σ shape (not Z); some call it M-Flex Tilt head. It offers more flexibility - see edelkrone FlexTILT Head v3, which provides a 340° panning function as well. Alternatives exist but with some limitations (e.g. no panning function).
