Mirror and Extend Modes
It supports mirror mode on both Windows and macOS computers.
It supports dual extend mode A-B-C-C (MST) on Windows PC to display different images on two external monitors.
It supports single extend mode A-B-B (not MST) on macOS to duplicate the same image on two external monitors.
How to set up multiple screens on Windows?
STEP 1: select Start > Settings > System > Display. Your PC should automatically detect your monitors and show your desktop. If you don't see the monitors, select Detect.
STEP 2: in the Multiple displays section, select an option from the list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens.
STEP 3: once you've selected what you see on your displays, select Keep changes.
STEP 4: you can change the resolution of your displays. However, we suggest using the recommended resolution to get the most out of your displays.

It works great! I tested this on multiple mobile devices to show them on larger touchscreens and they all work well with it. I only tested 1 hdmi connection at a time though, so I don't know what connecting 2 screens to one mobile device would get you.

I got this adapter to connect multiple displays to my laptop, and it does the job. The dual HDMI and VGA ports make it versatile, and setup was simple—just plug and play. I owned an adapter already, but I wanted one that had more than 1 HDMI port, and could do VGA. This works flawlessly, and looks great. If you're in the market for these type of these of adapters this one is worth the asking price. And honestly, I can say from experience there are units on the market that cost more than this one, and don't provide the same level of utility & value. 2 HDMI ports, 1 VGA port, and an audio port pretty much ensures compatibility with most displays on the market from today, or the last 30 years.I highly recommend this adapter.

I'm working with a brand new mini-PC and the original fresh install with all the suggested updates installed. I could NOT get it to display more than one HDMI output at a time, and that was independent of whether or not I had the VGA port connected. Windows saw that there were 2 displays, but it would never talk to the second one using this adapter. Just to confirm that it is possible, I used another USB dual HDMI adapter that asked me to download a driver and it worked just fine. W11 recognized and independently displayed on all 4 displays (2 HDMI from the USB adapter + 1 HDMI and 1 DP from the mini-PC) I tried to find a driver to update but Google found nothing about this adapter at all. I had high hopes, but this is definitely a hard FAIL

I'm sure this contraption would work well for certain gaming devices, I was hoping this would work for getting my switch connected to my hp laptop for streaming. This was not what I needed so it didn't work for me. I'm hoping to find some sort of use for it as it is very durable.

So, you need to expand your laptop's video output to multiple screens? Do this one. This is nice, tiny, (an easy store in your laptop bag), and Windows 10 and 11 recognize it as a plug-n-play device. However, I get a kick out of it when you plug it into an Samsung, Android phone!Anyway, it's a must-have for your business laptop kit. Plug into projectors or teaching displays, etc. (For these applications, you will need a quality HDMI cable(s).)The Verdict:At this price, get a few of them!

Plugged it into my Samsung Edge 2023 phone and then into my Vizio 47" TV with HDMI and it works well. My TV is only 1080p, so I can't speak to how it works at 4K, but for my needs, it's a great product.
