This was the perfect addition to our kitchen, looks great and super functional. Holds 2 sticks easily (could probably put more in) and seals the butter in safely. We have used for over a year and through all 4 seasons (including some hot and humid summer days) and no rancid butter. Bonus, it's pet proof!

My daughter had purchased one similar to this and I wanted one for my butter. I use the imported butter from Ireland and it comes in one large piece rather than sticks so it doesn’t fit in a regular butter dish. This one is big enough for the whole piece and looks really pretty sitting on the counter. It comes in lots of pretty colors and I was able to get a blue one that matches my salt and pepper shakers. They also included an extra gasket for the lid so I can replace it when it isn’t tight any more. I am very impressed with the quality and attention to detail. It is even embossed with the word “butterâ€, convenient when I have company.

Love this butter dish. Seals perfectly keeping my butter fresh. Very easy to use and clean, no crevices that are hard to clean. Fits a normal European sized butter or 2 American sticks.

This is a great butter dish once you do a little troubleshooting with the rubber seal to get the lid to stay down. I spoke to customer support and they directed me to a video where this was a known issue due to factory mistake where the seal was inserted wrong side up - the correct way is to have smooth side of the seal facing the inner tub and the ridged side up towards the outside - so you'll need to pull it out and flip and put in back on.However, that still did not work for me until I took a closer look at the video and other review pictures where I saw that there were 2 holes in their seal - one on each end. I checked mine and realized it was not poked all the way thru, and after taking a skewer to it, it now seals perfectly!

A Beauty of a Butter Dish! This is a heavyweight dish, tight sealing top, and room for at least 2 full cubes of butter. It even comes with a second sealing ring. I bought the red one since my wife is fond of red. Because of its weight, it doesn’t slide around when putting in your kitchen knife to slice off a piece for your toast or to put some in a pan to fry an egg. I do the cooking and I just love it.

This is a great butter dish. I love the fact that it holds two sticks of butter or a block of butter. Well made great addition to my kitchen.

This butter dish works. It is just large enough to fit all butters--it looks better than its photo. The cover has a grip ring inside that keeps it tight and it comes with an extra ring. So far, my cat who would not leave a butter dish alone if he could reach it, has not gotten into this one. All's well.

Im rather picky about anything being on my countertops, but this is so cute I leave it on display. It is large and has a bit of weight to it. Feels very quality. I love the seal. This is an item Im really happy I purchased.

This is a simple, yet elegant and sturdy butter dish. It does only fit the smaller butters, so when I buy a larger size one, I cut it in half..and freeze the rest. Very pleased to have a butter dish with a lid.

Really like this product, the materials are nice and quality is great. The only problem we had was the plastic piece on the lid started to lose suction and pop the lid off so we ended up just removing it and using just the wooden lid.

I've wanted a butter dish that holds a full pound ever since I first learned that butter dishes exist. Approximately 15 years later, I've finally found the one. It actually fits the butter although I have to squish it a TINY bit. It's practically perfect. Super cute and just works well. I've had tons of compliments on it. It's a great dish.

I like the size of this butter dish, it holds a whole pound of butter. And I really like the look of it. And I like that it has a tight fitting lid. However after only a month of use, the seal on the lid has some how broken and the lid no longer fits tight. Very disappointing.
