Summary: The Kuluner professional-grade lemon zester is everything you didn’t know you needed to make your citrus zesting dreams come true. Sturdy, sharp, and built to withstand even the most overzealous grating sessions, this tool means business. The long, thick handle fits comfortably, even for those of us with paws that rival a bear's. It’s so sharp that the included safety cover feels less like an accessory and more like a necessary survival feature for your hands during drawer dives. While I can’t claim professional chef status, this zester’s build quality has me feeling like I could be one. Whether you’re zesting lemons, limes, or, let’s be honest, showing off to your dinner guests, this zester is a solid choice.Pros:- Sharp enough to zest a lemon and maybe even your soul.- A thick, sturdy handle that’s actually comfortable to hold—even for people with "hands like frying pans."- Comes with a protective cover, which your fingers will thank you for.- Feels like professional-grade quality, even for us home cooks who just like to play pretend.Cons: None, unless you count the existential crisis of realizing you’ve been zesting with inferior tools all your life.Tips: Sure, it’s "dishwasher safe," but with a wooden handle, why risk it? Treat it to a quick hand wash—it deserves it.My Take: This zester doesn’t just work—it *works*. It made short work of limes, left me feeling like a citrus wizard, and even made me chuckle at its safety cover (which, again, is a must). Not only does it look grate (yes, pun intended), but it’s a joy to use. It’s so good, I might just start zesting lemons for no reason. If you’re on the fence, jump over—it’s worth it.Additional Information (With a Sprinkle of Humor):As a Vine reviewer, I get it—my reviews can be the make-or-break moment for someone debating that "Add to Cart" button. I, too, live by the wisdom of fellow reviewers when making my own shopping decisions, so I’m all about dishing out valuable and honest insights.Fun fact: I pay taxes on the retail value of the products I review (around 40%). That includes 15.3% for Social Security/Medicare taxes and another 25% for Federal Income taxes. It’s like getting the product… and a mini-tax bill as a bonus. Because of this, I make sure my reviews are thorough and truthful—you know, getting my money’s worth in honesty. Here’s how I rate products:⭐ 1 Star: Just... no. Think of it as the "hard pass" category.⭐⭐ 2 Stars: Slightly better than a dumpster fire, but still not worth your cash.⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars: Meh. Buy it only if there’s literally no other option.⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars: Solid. It does the job, meets expectations, and might even impress a little.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars: Love it! Take my money (or at least my glowing endorsement).Oh, and when I talk about pricing, I’ve done my homework. I always compare the reviewed item to similar products on Amazon because context matters. No blind praise here, folks.

There is a lot to like about these graters. Firstly they are very nice looking. The (rosewood?) wood handles look nice and have matte finish on them. The blades on both are also VERY sharp. The coarse grater worked well with hard and soft cheeses as well as vegetables. The fine grater works best with hard cheeses, nutmeg and zesting citrus like lemons, limes and oranges. I recently made both hashed browns and a potato and onion galette with the coarse grater. I have used the fine grater for many things including making a batch of limoncello and grating pecorino and parmesan cheese. The stainless steel grater blades and framework are very well made. The wood handle and stainless joint are very solidly put together. Unlike some of my wood handled kitchen tools, the blades framework is very solidly mounted into the handle with no play, slop or wobble.I also like that they comes with protective sheaths to keep them undamaged and sharp. As a retired professional chef I would recommend hand washing and immediately hand drying. Moisture left on any blade (even stainless) will cause micro corrosion on the fine edges of the blades and therefore dull them and shorten the life of the tool.We have been using these graters for almost 3 months now and we are very pleased with how they have held up, both in appearance and performance. They feel just as sharp as when we received them.I liked the course one enough to get the matching fine grater/ zester to go with it. Both are top quality and effective.

An exciting addition to my expanded kitchen collection is the premium quality stainless steel zester with professional-grade fine blades. This gadget has more than met my zesting needs for citrus fruits and done an impressive job on dark chocolate for my cake toppings. And the list of its remarkable qualities goes on!The zester’s handle is made from solid unnamed wood, crafted to fit both dainty, petite hands and those of a lion-sized paw. The finish on the wooden handle is quite impressive—smooth as silk and just as attractive. As with all wooden gadgets, it is important to never, never leave them in dishwater. My practice involves quickly hand washing and drying the zester after each use. The included protector is a thoughtful safety feature that I highly appreciate. This zester is an item that will enhance your zesting requirements with simplicity and ease. It has become a valuable addition to my culinary toolkit and brought an element of joy and efficiency to my kitchen endeavors. From its comfortable, smooth handle to its impeccable zesting performance, this tool is a true asset in my culinary pursuits. And that concludes my honest opinion of the A-thick Professional-Grade Lemon Zester.

This lemon zester is a kitchen essential! It’s sharp and efficient, making zesting lemons (and other citrus fruits) a breeze. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the design allows for easy control, giving you perfectly fine zest every time. It’s also easy to clean, which is a big plus. Whether you're baking or adding a citrus twist to drinks, this zester makes the process quick and mess-free. A must-have tool for any home chef!

This is a very handy sized lemon zester. It's bigger and coarser than the other one I have; it will produce a surprising amount of lemon zest in a hurry. The larger grating holes work better in my opinion. My other zester is very fine and produces more of a mush than zest. It's quickly become my go-to zester. Highly recommended.
