It's easy to install..the lever also comes with a rubber gasket for the back. The quality seems average, but it's inexpensive (you get what you pay for). The product functions well as a toliet lever and was a cheap fix for a broken toliet lever. Overall I'm happy with this product. The product is plastic and metal with a nice brush chrome finish on the lever.

Been looking for a decent style, brushed nickle finish flush handle for our toilets (all the other hardware is brushed stainless or brushed nickle, so having chrome levers on the toilets stood out!) since we remodeled/updated the guest bathroom during pandemic lockdown. Really nothing much to say, other than a brushed style lever is hard to find -- chrome, brass, porcelain levers are everywhere, but rarely see brushed at the home centers. Amazon to the rescue!Was easily installed, looks great, only real complaint is the description says it is steel/iron, it is made of finish plated plastic with a brass lift arm. For under $10, I kind of figured it had to be plastic, but it fits and works, plus the brass arm made it easy to bend for chain alignment.Fit and finish are acceptable for the price (remember, you get what you pay for, and when nothing else matches what you want, you get used to what you get, LOL), the original handle was also a plated plastic, so one for one there. The overall feel is a little wobbly or loose, even when its base is securely mounted on the tank, but nothing we can't live with, I chalk it up to "$10 part, $10 feel" since the only others I found were upwards of $30-40 each at the home centers *when they had them in stock a couple years ago*, and you don't notice the looseness unless you jiggle the handle, so "meh" on that detail ;-)I looks great, works like it should, the minor issues noted are just that: minor, I'd order again for additional toilets. The price is right, you get a decent looking handle, it works just like the original and in the end, that's what really matters with a part like this :-)I dinged it one star because I want to send the seller, and potential buyers, the message about this item being plated plastic, not steel as the listing describes, and would quickly upgrade to 5 star review if seller corrected the listing. After all, the one I replaced this for was also plated plastic, even though it was original equipment on a high-end and reputable brand...

I'm well aware that toilet lever appearance is a first-world issue. However, the leaky plumbing and broken sink in my 1915 bath kept flooding the room downstairs and just had to go. We kept the toilet, but in the process the flush lever broke. I discovered that this Qualihome lever was not only less expensive than the budget chrome options at my local hardware store, but also matched my new oil rubbed bronze sink faucet, so it was a no-brainer choice. The handle works perfectly, installed easily in moments, has given no issues after months of use, and is attractive. The rest of my house may be a hodgepodge of decades of renovation and decorating styles, but by golly the toilet lever and sink faucet match! As long as it's the right fit for your tank (measure first) you can't go wrong with this purchase

My main reason for selecting this specific toilet handle was the rubber fittings that are included that secures the plastic nut and handle to the toilet. The original handle in my toilet did not have this and it would constantly lose grip and need to be tightened after several uses. Also the square plastic part of the handle that slots into my toilet was not a perfect fit so having the nut screw in tightly was key otherwise the handle just wobbled around.With this new handle, there is a rubber piece that makes sure the handle slots in tighter to the toilet and then an additional rubber washer to make sure the nut secures tightly as well. But here's the key thing for me: my toilet has an outward curve so this front-mounted handle has this gold colored rod that sticks out too far and scrapes against the inside of the toilet and makes it unusable. On the old handle, the internal rod was designed with a curve to accommodate this.I was about to consider returning this new handle but I found that the gold rod is rather easy to bend to work with the curve of my toilet. It's not too easy where it feels cheap or it might snap but easy enough that I could bend it without any tools. I'm glad this handle is adaptable whether that's by design or not.I will edit this review if there are durability issues or if the rubber parts break down too quickly and this ends up like my old toilet handle. For now, it does the job well.

The stick was too long and angled towards the tank so I was unable to use it. Unfortunately for us, a family member had a medical emergency and we didn’t get around to installing it until the return widow closed.

EASY TO INSTALL. CHECK THE HOLE IN YOUR TOILET TANK, THE PLASTIC SPACER ON THIS HANDING WAS TO BIG TO FIT IN THE HOLE THE MY TOILET TANK, WHERE THE HANDLE GOES. . I JUST TIGHTENED THE WASHER AS TIGHT AS I COULD. LOOKS WEIRD, BUT IT STILL FUNCTIONS FINE. THE TOILET IS FROM 1996, COULD BE THE REASON . NEXT DAY I FIND THIE SAME EXACT HANDLE AT WALMART FOR $3.99 :/
