I used this QWORK Nema 14-50P plug to create an extension cord, and it works perfectly. The plug is sturdy and well-made, with handles that make it easy to plug in and unplug without straining. Great quality for a DIY project, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Highly recommended!

This was an end replacement for my 50 amp RV male plug. The insulation tore and it was a "molded" plug. The one-sheet documentation was excellent and perfect for a novice to attach (assuming you have the proper wire cutters, knife to remove insulation, and a screwdriver (phillips or slot.) Took me about 30 minutes to remove the old and install the new one...but it was very simple. Didn't even need heat-shrink tubing or black electrical tape. An excellent buy. Personal note: I'm a retired aviation electronics technician and always look at instructions with a skeptical eye. These were well done with fluent English and excellent drawings. I didn't need them, but any recreationist who isn't into electronics/electrical will be able to perform this using care and good judgement.

THESE ARE THE BEST. AS CLOSE TO OEM THAT YOU CAN FIND. EXCELLENT, STRONG PLUGS, AND WITH THE FINGER HOLES, I FEEL MUCH SAFER UNPLUGGING OR DISCONNECTING FROM RV PARK SERVICE. I'M ALWAYS AFRAID WHEN I DISCONNECT FROM METER OR ELECTRICAL BOX, ONE (OR MORE) OF MY FINGERS WILL TOUCH ONE OF THE HOT TERMINALS (IN THE PLUG) BEFORE OR DURING DISCONNECTION. NO WORRIES WITH THIS PLUG.

I liked that there was plenty of room inside the housing for connecting wiring. Disliked that the restraint grommet only accommodated very large diameter wire - had to put a smaller grommet inside the larger grommet, to accommodate my wire. That being said, my use was for an EV plug - not a dryer, so likely a dryer wire would require a larger diameter wire.
