Simply position the test unit per the instructions then send it away, prepaid postage/package. They email you results. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

I purchased this product in good faith paid 4599 for it submitted the test results as was requested. Never received my test results. Made numerous contacts to try to resolve the issue and had to go through Amazon to finally get any acknowledgment and I still don’t know if I’m having a radon issue and they’ve wasted three months of my time and my money I would second-guess using this company.

I noticed that our older home was tested for radon levels at purchase and knew nothing about this issue. Reinspection was suggested every few years. This home self test was easy and results came pdq, great peace of mind when results revealed barely trace amounts.

The two pack seemed to work well when evaluating more than one room. I liked the prepaid evaluation and the shipping envelope included.

Good luck getting this sent in the mail for results when the label is so lightly printed the mail person won’t take it. I’ve spent a week trying to get a hold of customer service w the company to get a replacement!!

Hard to judge accuracy when I have nothing to compare the results to, so I can only assume/hope they are accurate. Had to wait slightly longer for the results than I thought, but that was ok in my situation. My realtor, and the buyer's realtor, seemed to have confidence in the results.

The test kits are easy to use and instructions pretty clear. Prepaid envelope for shipping is quite convenient. Best of all, when I forgot to completely fill out the card (but did record the test kit serial numbers), I called customer service and the CR was SUPER helpful and cheerful to boot! It is nice to have such as positive experience to report to Amazon shoppers.

I purchased this test and followed the instructions to the letter. The results came back that the test was inconclusive and that the two individual value of the bottles in the test kits were too far off statistically. They want me to retest to ensure accuracy. I am going to do that but with someone else. I might be able to get a better answer….not for the radon levels but a test that will actually give me some solid results that I can use.
