The screen works perfectly and is of very high quality! Although I was initially hesitant to replace it myself, the process turned out great, and I’m glad I did it. It took me about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete.There were a couple of minor drawbacks:The provided instructions were lacking, so I watched a 25-minute YouTube video that guided me flawlessly through the process. Highly recommended.The screwdrivers included in the kit were not the best quality. One became stripped by the end and was no longer usable. Fortunately, I had another set of small screwdrivers on hand. I recommend purchasing a separate, higher-quality toolkit for it.

When I completed the 2020 Macbook Pro M1 screen install, my screen looked like I was going to have to return it. It had lines everywhere and if I moved it, the screen would go black. A restart would bring the screen back. I noticed, I had the New macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 update pending, so before I wrote a bad review/or returned the item.. I ran the update. The update resolved all issues. I was able to move the screen, without the screen going black. No distortion/lines on screen, Fixed the digital display on keyboard back to normal functionality. My camera looks better than when I first turned it on. Not the best, but better.If your macOS is up to date, you may want to search for any updates that might help with the new hardware.Overall, Happy with the results and at this point and I would buy again.Thank you guys for suppling the tools I needed to complete the replacement!

Delivered quickly, had everything needed to do the repair included. Came with directions but I also recommend using YouTube to follow along with. The tools are single use and the T3 started to get a little damaged by the end of the repair, so be gentle with them. I have my own and switched for the last few screws.The screen itself looks to my eyes identical to the old one. No dead or stuck pixels, brightness etc seems normal. Repair was medium difficulty but I expected all the tiny screws. Took me a couple hours. Computer booted up like normal and nothing changed.I’ll update the post if anything fails in the future, as it stands if you need a quick repair, this was a solid choice.

Actually purchased two replacement screens within a week one went out from another vendor this one I purchase through this vendor just went out I can still use it but 1/4 of the screen is partially black but I can't see what I'm clicking on. It;s a waste of money I paid 198 for three months of service.

It was going to cost me almost $900 to get my screen replaced at a store, but I'd rather attempt to fix it myself and just buy an upgraded version in case I messed it up rather than spend 75% of the price I originally paid to get it fixed. The instructions, coupled with a youtube video for reference (UberGeeks), made the replacement sooooooo easy!! It took about an hour to figure it out and maybe 5 minutes to put it all back together. I am not tech savvy AT ALL!!!!! This saved me sooo much money by doing it myself and it came with all the tools I needed. Would definitely get this again (hopefully I won't have to though lol)

The picture quality is not identical to an original screen, but for me, it was good enough, considering the price. The color accuracy seems to be slightly darker than original, and that includes the brightness too. I do not think it is a dealbreaker and I think that for the price it is a good screen and so far it has lasted almost a year for me. I got used to the slightly different colors and honestly after the first day, I don’t even think about it.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but decided to give this screen replacement a try. I placed my order on February 13th and received the package by the 16th. I installed it that same evening, but ran into an issue where the screen was just black.I contacted customer service on the night of February 16th, and they were quick to respond. By the 17th, I received confirmation that a replacement screen was already on its way. It’s now February 19th, and I’ve received and installed the new screen—it looks amazing! I’m so happy with my purchase!If you're looking to replace a screen on your MacBook, I highly recommend this item. I was able to follow a YouTube tutorial and saved hundreds of dollars. This was a great experience overall!
