Why do you need UVB Reptile Light for illumination?

1. Use Distance:
- The effective distance of UVB lights is 30 cm. If the distance is too close, it may burn reptiles, while if the distance is too far, it may lead to reduced effectiveness;
- Therefore, it is recommended to place the UVB light about 30 centimeters away from the reptiles.
2. Time & Duration:
- According to the habits of reptiles, it is necessary to set the time and duration for turning on the lights;
- Turn on the lights regularly every day to avoid disruptions in the biological clock.

The brightness is amazing compared to other competitors. I do wish it had UVA and a 3 point mount instead of 2 (it doesn’t suspend from the screen like I hoped). All in all, decent quality, decent price.

Only had this light for our Snakey Phoo for a a little over a month and the LED light stopped working. It's a dud so don't waste your money.
