This replacement cartridge is an exact replacement. It goes into the valve body easily and fits very well. The valve operates smoothly and works exactly as an OEM one. Very good price.

When I first put this new cartridge in I had no water. I took it out and reinstalled it and then it worked fine. I set the temperature and used it once. The next day I went to turn it on and no water again. I attempted numerous times and no water. By sitting over night it has malfunctioned. Very disappointed.

Came as ordered and looks just like the old one for this Delta unit. Haven't installed but have ordered these before about 8 years ago. Delta has discontinued this so online is the only way I can get one.

At $29 this is a budget friendly replacement compared to price for new OEM part. This looks identical to the cartridge it replaced and so far is working well. Will update review if part fails quickly but so far would purchase again and recommend.

Perfect Fit and Function – Bargain Price Compared to OEMAll these parts look exactly the same as the original. They installed and fit perfectly. Before I got the new handle on, I tried turning the control by my fingers and it was super easy to turn. The original cartridge got so stiff that the handle broke inside and I also had to buy a new handle parts. I think that the design is flawed such that you cannot take the cartridge apart to clean out the hard water deposits that clog it up. Oh well, we live in a disposable wasteful society. Now that I know that this bargain price cartridge works so well, I am going to buy a spare because I do have hard water.

This shower cartridge looks, feels and operates identically to the OEM cartridge previously in my Delta shower. The kit comes with all the parts you need including springs, seats and washers. Instructions were not included but a simple search can help you find them. Ultimately, the proof is in the longevity. The cartridge I replaced lasted about 7 years before it began to leak. The cartridge installation should be relatively easy for most DIY folks. The operation is smooth and my wife and I are so happy not to have the incessant dripping!
