- Before 2016, these faucets are blue and have different sizes. An off-white unit used for faucets in 2016 and later. If you are not sure about the year, please delete the old one temporarily and check the color and measure it. Please confirm the year of your faucet before ordering!
- Please confirm the identification of the "Type P" mark on the original ink cartridge.
SPECIAL TIPS ABOUT INSTALLATION
- After installation, please adjust the rorational limit stop to cold avoid burns when the handle of the valve is rotate to the hot side.
- It does not require too many tools and experience, and it is easy to operate, install and repair the leaking faucet.
- Before installing the new valve core, please remember to clean all the contaminants in the old valve core area.

We installed this, put the bathtub faucet back together and couldn’t figure out why we weren’t getting hot water after the repair was complete. Went to Home Depot, bought an actual Delta cartridge, and everything worked perfectly. Don’t waste your money on this one.

I liked the cost of this shower pressure valve. I had bought one from a local Hardware store. I found this same one on Amazon. So I took the other one I bought back.Very ease to replace

Worked on my my Delta faucet for the shower. Make sure to lube up all the o-rings really well. + Adjust the hot water. It comes adjustted to the colder side. Just pulled out the front white part and turn it to the left. It stopped the leak. We'll see how long it lasts.

Worked like a charm, installed with no issues. Bought here on Amazon for $22, and the same item at Home Depot is $62!. I watched a YouTube video to see what the steps are to replace the cartridge. After installation, the dripping stopped. However, the water only came out warm, not hot. Then I watched another YouTube video about how to adjust the 'scald setting' which as shipped limits the travel of the handle to stop at warm. The scald adjustment is super easy, and can be done with the cartridge in place. I had to remove 1 star because the enclosed instructions say nothing about the scald setting. I would buy this item again if ever needed.

Original cartridge had a random drip, bought this replacement and now my random drip has turned into a steady stream. My broken cartridge was better than this trash!!!
