First one ordered: within days it started to squeak loudly, became stiff, and was hard to turn. Returned initial order and second one did the same thing within a day or two. Seller had no problem shipping the second item and finally issuing a full refund.

Plastic insert fit perfectly in my Delta single lever bathroom faucet. The brass collar would NOT fit and I had to reuse the old galvanized collar. I am confident at least 25-30% of the $22 price for this "kit" was attributable to the large solid brass fitting that for me was a total waste. Why not sell this with only the plastic insert as I suspect very few faucets really need this brass collar. Otherwise, this would rate a 5

The cartridge was easy to install. My only problem was that my faucet was pretty corroded, so it was hard to take it apart.In my opinion this product is a good buy.
