I’ve had this self-cleaning litter box for a few days now, and it has truly been a game-changer. It works exceptionally well—our cat started using it immediately after setup, and it does a fantastic job of keeping the litter clean while effectively separating waste. The odor control is impressive, making the room smell much fresher. Cleanup is incredibly easy; once a week, I simply pull out the waste drawer and dispose of it in the garbage—so simple! I previously owned a more expensive model that cost twice as much, but waste often stuck to the inside. With this one, there’s no sticking, it’s more compact, and the odor control is just as good. It’s a simpler, more effective product at half the cost—brilliant! Setting it up was easy, and it has been working flawlessly. The cleaning operation is quiet, and I gradually introduced my two skittish cats to it by placing it next to their old litter boxes for a couple of days. I transferred some old litter into the new box to help them associate it, then initially used manual cleaning mode to avoid startling them. Once they were comfortable, I switched to automated cleaning mode, set to activate 10 minutes after use. I highly recommend this litter box.

I purchased this because my old one stopped working unexpectedly. This new one functions very well, and my cat loves using it. It helps eliminate odors in the room. The size is perfect, even if you have more than one cat. It's easy to set up and very responsive. I appreciate the design; it's simple to clean as well.

Unpacking the S2 litter box found mat was missing and odor control panel was not installed, plus all parts were loose in the area where you would put kitty litter. Was not in a bag in waste area as all videos describing how S2 comes packaged and appears to be a used product. Attempts to install odor guard failed as it came off easily and interfered with waste bin making so that you could not close the door. Too frustrating and returning.Also if returning there is only drop off option for UPS due to 3rd party vendor and box is large/awkward to fit in a small vehicle.
