Remote and Button Control
There are two ways to control the soundbar. Remote control allows you controlling the soundbar while sitting on the sofa which is very convenient.

- Q: When I use APPs such as Netflix on the TV, the soundbar has no sound.
A: The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TV audio settings or streaming video APPs like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube.
- Q: How to quickly disconnect the current Bluetooth device connected with Soundbar?
A: Press and hold the BT button on remote /M button on soundbar for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.
- Q: My dog chewed my remote, how do l get a replacement remote?

I bought this bcuz my TV’s sound is terrible. At 100%It’s barely there. I had a friend install it for me. He got called away, but said it installed handed me the remote as he left. Well. It didn’t work. I put in new batteries. Nope. I kept checking & putting in new Good batteries, but didn’t work. I took everything & off & was going to return it- but I had Xfinity out for issues with WiFi. So I asked him out he could install it & see if maybe my friend’s install was not correct. He charged me $20. I gave him NEW batteries to put in the remote. The sound was a “ little†better, for about 39-40 minutes. Then, nothing, just back to the TV’s sound. There was a problem with the WiFi -so Xfinity cane back to change out the modem. A different person , so I asked him if he could look at the install & see if it was OK. Again, New Batteries just to make sure that part was Ok. Another $20 for his time - but, NOPE, it did not work. I got a bad case of Strep Throat, which turned into a nightmare & was not home and/or not watching TV from this TV. Needless to say, I forgot about it & when I did -well, it was too late to send back to Amazon. So, I cannot recommend this Sound Bar ~ & it’s not bcuz I haven’t tried or sober money on trying to get it to work. This TV o needs a Sound Bar, but now I don’t know if I should invest in another one or buy a new TV. This one is just shy of 1year old. So. I’m bewildered.I hate to give this Bad review. This, sadly is the worst I’ve ever given & I apologize ~ because reviews were good on it when I ordered it, so perhaps I just got a bad one.6/18/24Well - I’m back & with Good News! I had a different guy come to see what the issue was -if there was one& he discovered a wire (my word) was not installed. He unplugged what was installed & then hooked everything up & IT WORKED! Took less than 5 minutes! This company is Amazing! They had sent me a new Sound bar, which I did not ask for — but the original works beautifully. I did not even take the One they sent out of the box. I’ve offered to gladly mail it back, but they said I should just give it to someone who might need one. So, I am going to offer it free on Next Door & pass their good deed forward. I will screen shot all the correspondence & give it to whoever & will ask them to kindly write the company & give them a Review AND their Thanks for a Great Sound Bar they will have for FREE! Amazing Company!

If your looking for a budget friendly soundbar, this is it!! I installed it under my tv on the wall in my bedroom. Perfect sound quality for what I need it for. It's smaller and looks great. Only issue I have is, could be operator error, but the sound mode keeps switching from "OPT" (optical) to "AUX Boost" randomly. Doesn't do it all the time just occasionally. This doesn't effect the use, just annoying. Have to switch it back using the remote. Like I said, this could be operator error. I'm gonna have to read the manual again to see if it's me or the soundbar. Other than that, it works great!

I needed a sound bar for the kid's TV, and this was priced right and reviewed well. Figured I'd give it a shot.Pros:- Sounds good. Not Great, but good. Audio range is decent, quality isn't too bad, it gets fairly loud without distortion. Doesn't have the best audio separation, but it's a huge jump from TV speakers in quality and volume, and I've heard more expensive sound bars that are worse. For the price point, it's fine. Highs, mids, and even lows are fine. Not great, just fine.- Lots of connectivity - Features optical, AUX, and Bluetooth connections with a remote. All good.- Easy to mount - We mounted it on the wall with ease with included hardware. We ended up having to remove it (it might as well have been also mounted in the room next door, issue with the apartment, not the speaker) but it mounted easily. We are exploring a way to mount it to a TV directly, but that's difficult as it's smaller than most mounts.- Looks nice - Nice solid look for a soundbar.Cons:- This is mostly a form factor issue, but many sound bars sound a bit boxy and hollow. This has a little bit of that sound, but not much. I've heard much, much worse, but it at least hits all the tones it should, so it doesn't sound like you're listening like it's in a card board box like a few other sound bars I've seen.- Box it came in was destroyed on arrival. The box it comes in is super flimsy and was nearly destroyed before we could open it, and I was worried it was damaged. It was not, but I'm more amazed than anything. Some of this is Amazon didn't pack it well, but the product box is super cheap, so it could be subjected to shipping damage easily.- Included power cable is way too short. It's a 3-4 ft cable and requires a standard plug, which makes it awkward to route anywhere, and difficult to mount. I wish it was USB-C or had a longer cable.Overall, it's... fine. For the price, it's a good value. If you value audio quality, it's fine, but not great. For the price, it's probably a solid value, but there are more expensive sound bars that will definitely sound better, as will some speakers. But it's small, supports a lot of input formats, has a remote, and sounds good enough, I'd recommend it if all you want is a cheap and simple solution that gives you volume control.

Affordable, easy to install, great sound! The volume control is great and it has changed my entire experience when watching tv, movies, music. It just makes it so much more enjoyable! This is one of the best purchases that I’ve made in a long time! Beyond satisfied! I bought sound bar brackets for them to sit on underneath my tv. It looks and sounds amazing!

I bought an small and inexpensive ROKU television. The sound quality was just awful. I looked around at the mini soundbars and chose this one because of the price and because I could get a ROKU compatible remote. You do have to email them to get the ROKU remote but they sent it out right away. I could use it with the remote it came with but needed to have the ROKU remote at hand too. Now I just need the one. I had the remote within the week and it was free of charge, including shipping. The sound is so much better. I don't have a super keen ear but this is totally acceptable to me.

yo antes tenia unas bocinas logitech z625 y el sonido era super impresionante por los bajos que tiene, después adquirà la misma barra de sonido pero sin subwoofer y me habÃa impresionado y ahora si pedi la versión con subwoofer y están a la altura de las logitech a pesar de solo ser de 80 watts parecieran de 200 watts

TenÃa la duda si podrÃa funcionarme, quedé sorprendido con el buen volumen que tiene; cabe aclarar que es para un cuarto pequeño que la pedÃ, sin embargo, al colocarla en un volumen bajo suena muy bien en envolvente.
