Q: How much space do i need to keep from ceiling to doorway?
A: At least 5"
Q:My door is in thickness of 35 mm,how can i fit it with the existing bolt ?
A:you can use the 5 mm black spacer we put in package for roller bolt,then your door will be fit perfectly.
Q：Can i cut my rail to fit my space ?
A: Sure,rail can be cut in any length ,but make sure you were cutting the right length you need.
Q:if i got a barn door with 40" width,will this rail suit for me ?
A:Yes ,rail length should be twice of door width.

Q: How to make sure the barn door is safe and stable after install it ?
- Door Stopper :2 Door stoppers will keep the door between the door stopper,they will stop the door when the roller reach it ,make sure the barn door will not leave the track when you opening or closing the door .
- Floor Guide :Floor guide is install under your barn door with a groove ,it can stop your door swing under movement.
- Anti-jump :the small round pieces install on the top of barn door to stop the door jump out when closing ,opening or moving .

Q:What can i do if i can't install it by myself?
A:you can learn the video in our page and we have put the instructions in the package ,it is step by step guide,easy to installation.
Q:Can i use them out door ?
A:we do not suggest to use our carbon steel kit out side ,but if you insist on that ,please make some cover over the track
Q: What is the maximum weight holded by track ?
A: Maximum 265lbs.
Q: if I need a headboard?
a. when the pre-drilled holes on track don't line up to your wall studs.
b.when you have a doorway trim.
you need a header board in same thickness as your trim into your studs , then install the track on the header board.

Great price on this item. Similar others are 2-3x the price. Dont let the assembly method turn you off. When put together as instructed, this product is strong & looks & works as expected. Its perfect for any door up to 36â€. Tip, you are not required to use all the rail pieces, except for the 2 finished ends in case u have a door smaller than 30.â€. I only used 4 of the 5 middle pieces since my door was only 30†& I didnt need the extra long rail look on my wall. Nicely customizable. Suggestion… by the wall mount barn-door roller, (also on Amazon.) the one thats under $9 is perfect.

The product as a whole is great, but it's not the most sturdy one out there. Once it's on the wall and installed correctly you don't notice the wobbly piece. Still study enough to hold up a heavy door and installation was pretty easy but takes 2 people.

The door has been up about a week now. The hardware is working awesome. It's a pretty heavy door (not hollow core) and it moves very easily on the track. It is also smooth not bumpy or gritty like other tracks I have seen. It looks amazing also! There were lots of parts so I laughed at my other half and bid him good luck. To my surprise he told me that it was super easy to put together and install. We put it on a 36" door and it fits great.

Price is great but the bar doesn’t seem very strong and the rollers jump off the track when opening and closing. I don’t care for the way the bar is put together. Very difficult to get it straight when mounting to the wall.
