Easiest replacement door lock that I have ever done. Coding was a little confusing using guide enclosed. Everything seems to work so far. Hope it performs well long term.

A really nice smart lock for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, fit, and finish. Seems well built, looks great, has nice features, and was a breeze to install. One thing I find a bit strange is that there's no way to lock it from the inside. So, you either have to set it up to auto-lock (which I did) or open the door and lock it from the outside using the keypad. Even when using the auto-lock feature, you either have to 1) trust that it really did lock automatically or 2) open the door and check from the other side. Not a big deal, but will take some getting used to...

Installation was easy, instructions very thorough and easy to follow. Equipment sturdy and doesn’t feel like cheap material. My issue isn’t so much a product fail but a possible design issue. I’ve noticed you can enter your passcode to unlock the door and then enter any numbers after that and still unlock the door. I set up a 5 digit code to unlock the door, then entered the code and pushed another number after that and thought it wouldn’t unlock. To my surprise it was still able to unlock. So as long as the proper code is entered first you can add multiple wrong numbers afterwards and still unlock the door. Not a really deal breaker for some but for the security minded, please take this into consideration when researching this product.

The lock was very easy to install. It fits perfectly on my old lock hole. The set up was also simple, didn’t require too many steps.
