If ya have more then 5 spot welds to drill out, then stay away from the cheap "HF" type drills. These are night and day difference. I probably did 50 spot welds and still on same tip. Only issue I see is this drill is a little long. Good for some places but not for others. My plan is to buy another and cut it down. Then best of both worlds.

Just tried these out tonight and wow! Soooo much easier than drill bits and the cheap spot weld cutters that are out there. Worth every penny!!! Drilled out 20 and no difference in sharpness.

I used this tool to remove the rusted cross members from my 1999 ford truck bed.

The bits cut very well. It will drill threw multiple layers of sheet metal when drilling a spot weld out. The Blair cutter actually only cuts through the outer layer. The only difference in the 2 is the Blair has a center drill bit and this one has a alignment punch.
