Love this toilet! Flushes fast and easy! Looks gorgeous! Very updated and modern toilet. The dual flush is great! For those of you who don’t know which buttons to use on this.. The smaller button is for using less water, and the bigger button flushes with more water!

This toilet inspires me with its effortless cleaning ability. Its thoughtful design prevents dust from gathering at the back, making maintenance a breeze.

I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed.

Looks good. Super heavy. Seat feels a lil cheap. Easy cleaning. Good height. Like any other toilet when it flushes not too loud.

I have a very compact guest bathroom and the toilet is right up against the tub (1970’s code).I Could not have the handle on the left side of the tank, which seems to be the most common.I read a review that supposedly six contractors on a big job used for various toilets over six months and they rated this one quite high.My other Bathroom has a Kohler And that’s been terrible for thoroughly flushing, solid waste. The Swiss Madison does a much better job and it’s a nice looking. According to the plumber was easy to install

I read the review by Al Roach and was inspired to try this install myself. I'm 69 yr old woman at about 5'2", this is my first toilet installation. I turned off the water at the street, cut the existing water line about 1 1/2" from the wall, I estimated I had about 3 1/2 inches of clearance, installed a compression 1/4-turn stop valve, and somewhat nervously turned the water back on. I watched YouTube videos on how to clean up the flange and I chose to use the rubber no wax ring. I can not pick up 120 lbs, The UPS man was good enough to put it inside my front door on a towel. I slid it to where I could unpack it, I attached the water supply line to the back of the toilet, then slid it into the bathroom. I cut (2) 12" pieces of 2x4 and the (2) 12" pieces of 1x4, by leaning the toilet side to side I got these pieces under the side/base of the toilet, first the 2x4 then added the 1x4 on each side. I was able to walk the toilet back over the flange, keeping it on the wood, double checked the bolt holes were over the bolts and took out the 1x4's on each side and then the 2x4's. One review suggested using wing nuts instead of hex nuts, I think that would have been smart, but I don't believe I have the finger strength to snug down a toilet, so I took the tedious route of a fraction of a turn and resetting the wrench for another fraction of a turn, doing a few turns on the right side and then going to the left side, then back to the right, etc. It was time consuming but not necessarily difficult. On the tub side I was able to kneel in the tub and approach the nut from the back of the toilet which was easier. Once the toilet was snug to the flange I put a level on it and shimmed it about every 4 inches, the back was flush, the front needed almost 1/2" of support. I flushed it about 1/2 dozen times before caulking it and there were no apparent signs of leaks.

Love this toilet design and Swiss workmanship however it’s will not work in my home with shit off valve 1/8” too close. Talk about frustrating. It’s 108 lbs. pavking was beyond fabulous! I got it up 2 flights of stairs carefully rolling the box up each step. Guess what? Not even a scratch! Packing is best in business but toilet is heavy! Needless to say, unpacked as soon as I git it in house, checked it for any damage and once cleared trashed box and left in bathroom for plumber install. Was not goi g to tackle this one on my own. All comments tell you it’s a tough job for one let alone e two. Had plenty of space on either side of toilet. Fit to drain was perfect but when we went to drop it slowing back into place that’s when the problems started. It was IN place but damn shut off valve was in off position and there was zero way to turn water on as toilet base was literally right at valve. All I needed was 1/8” inch to have a smidge of space to the valve pipe but even then, no way to turn it on. So BE CAUTIOUS and MEASURE MEASURE MEASURE not only back wall to center of current drain but ALSO center of drain to shut off valves!!! If you donot have any play in space look at another toilet. It’s a shame. Love this piece but for now it sits in a bedroom closet til I find a buyer or get 2 helpers to help me get it back down the stairs to bring to the new house. Don’t make my mistake!!!

It looks great and we haven't had any issues, but the installation was a nightmare. You definitely need two people minimum as the bolt holes are impossible to see due to the side walls; you need to put a finger through them to feel for the bolts. Also it would be great if the holes in the sides were bigger as tightening the bolts is very challenging.

It's a nice height, the flush controls are awesome, it's an elongated bowl, it hides the water supply with its open back, the seat is included and is innovative, it's sturdy, it has twin jets and hasn't had any lingering waste stuck in the bowl, simple to clean and even came with a seal.

This toilet clogs, even when there is just water in the toilet. It literally clocked every 5 flushes. One literally waits in agony for the flush to work. I adjusted the internal mechanism to have a more powerful flush, but it did not help. The toilet was installed by a plumber - who said it was very difficult to install and there were no floor bolts. Swiss Madison, is unreliable, even though this toilet has a warranty they could not replace toilet because I live in Canada. They told me I had to work it out with the place I bought it from. Thankfully Amazon, helped me. Returning a toilet purchased online is a nightmare, do not do it! This is a nice looking toilet, and there are some happy customers out there - but if you get into a problem with this toilet, Swiss Madison will not help you. They do not have a chat or call centre. Have to do everything by email and wait days for a response. Toilets are probably the most important thing in your house - as I discovered. My advice, stick with American Standard, Kohler, or TOTO.
