The only issue I had was deciphering the programming instructions. I was eventually Abe to figure it out and the relay operated as intended. Hopefully it has a good life span.

This time delay will not work, the wiring diagram is extremely unclear, we have wasted a ton of time trying to get it wired but now it will only delay on a NO setup and will not delay on a NC setup like i need.

I wired it up according to the instructions with 24VDC power supply The time delay never activated. It was defective right out of the box.
