I had a mitre saw but wanted to see if these would save me time from running back and forth to the saw, and also be less messy than blowing wood cuttings all over the place. I was able to make every cut in the house with this tool and the blades stayed sharp, even nicking my thumb pretty good on accident. The only drawbacks to these are you sacrifice a little accuracy in cuts because the wood will move and slide a bit while cutting because the lip to rest it on is small. Secondly, for some reason it slices right through some sections whereas others require a two hand smash squeeze to cut. My hands were pretty tired after getting it all done but I am not sure these are intended to do large projects. With that being said, it did just that, handled a whole house of quarter round and the cut mistakes were easily hidden with a little bit of caulk. Saved me a ton of time and cleanup, would definitely recommend!

I bought these to install 1/4 round trim.The blade is super sharp, love the adjustable fence.Very easy to use and very effective.Saved me from having to set up a radial arm saw just to do a minor job. I am really glad I found this inexpensive yet effective tool.I would highly recommend these cutters to anyone.

It was my first time using this tool. It was quite easy to use. As long as you know a thing or two about angles… and if you don’t, you can search up videos on how to use this tool to get the perfect cut. Overall, I am satisfied with this item. It did the job. I refaced my kitchen cabinets. I used this tool to cut 5/16 in. x 7/8 in. x 96 molding to create a frame around my kitchen cabinets. You can see before (red thermafoil doors), during project, and after pics (painted alabaster by SW)

Made well but low quality cut. Not very sharp. It's ok for something that is not detailed. Maybe not the best for miniature dollhouse furniture.

If you want to cut anything thicker than a dime Don’t buy this. Will not cut a paint stir stick. Very disappointing!!

Used to cut beading edging for laminate. Left a really clean cut and really easy to use with no mess.

They work on some of the trim I'm using but not all of it. I guess there may be more expensive ones that would work but these are a get by tool
