I bought this to make the task of leveling my Seestar smart telescope easier and it works great. It's well made and easy to dial. Instead of fiddling with the legs until I get it level I now just get it somewhat close and use the dials on this leveling mount to dial it exact.

This seems to be a well made leveling head. The problem is that i think i was miss led a bit into believing that i even needed it. Since i have been working with my Seestar for about a month now. It works fine without much leveling ? So before you buy one, decide if it is even necessary ?

Nice. Makes leveling my S50 easy. I just wish it had a little more adjustment on each of the three knows. It a little expensive too.

A tripod leveling head with a 3/8 in. mount. An adapter is included for a 1/4 in. mount if your tripod is 1/4 in., but the device you mount must have a 3/8 in. mount. There are two single axis bubble levels on two of the three sides of the leveler. The third side has a two axis bubble level. Making adjustments is done by simply turning the height adjustment screws. The adjustments are limited to about 1/4 in. on each of the three screws. The leveler is made of aluminum and has a protective rubber layer on the device mount. Excellent solution for leveling a telescope or other device where the level of the mount is critical.

This is a great gizmo that takes all the fight out of leveling up a SeeStar. The levels on the sides make it easy to get it very close to level with the SeeStar in place. Then a few final tweaks will get it level according to the See Star software.I recommend playing with the leveler to understand how the knobs change the level and how the locking nuts work before serious use. Five or ten minutes of practice adjustments indoors and you'll be an expert with it.

I like this leveler for easy of use and integrated levels. 3/8" threads connections are secure. I used it with low profile tripod for star tracker on top of it and it holds very well. Good value for the money.

This thing makes leveling an absolute piece of cake. No way would I want to fiddle around with tripod legs of any sort when this three wheeled leveler works so easily. Glad I bought it with the SeeStar originally, otherwise I may have been frustrated.
