Right now I have only gotten into mobile photography (I hope to learn DSLR cameras in the future) so I bought this for a monopod so that it would work with my Iphone. I haven't used it much, but it seems to be good quality and a useful thing to have as an extra in my camera bag. I'd recommend.

Adjustment is easy, but the female threads are not cut the best. If you have a tap that matches pass it through to clean the threads

I used these with some x clips on a drop tile ceiling to mount my VR base stations. They worked fantastic!Easy to use, tight fit. Worth the price.

Tripods typically do not allow for angles in cameras to be placed for a better shot. These universal swivels allow the camera to be tilted and it also allows for better shots they are universal item because almost all tripods have the same 1/4 inch connection as well as the camera. I used one to accommodate my Samsung 360 camera onto a cell phone holder and it worked beautifully as you can see in the picture above. Very cost-effective so I consider it a great value as I did not have to buy a giant tripod to be able to cam from bed. Simple to use and very versatile.

Large knob doesn't affect ball tightness, just the small, 2mm hex net. That is counter-intuitive. Also, the ball movement is not smooth. It was very inexpensive and I suppose appropriately 'cheap'. Would not recommend.

These Universal 1/4" Swivel Mini Ball Head mounts are inexpensive, and they have a few issues. The first issue I had was that the thumb disk unscrews instead of screwing the screw into my camera. I had to glue the thumb disk onto the screw at the base. The 2nd issue is the screw is too long. I had to grind it down so when tightening it, the thumb disk would come in contact with the base of my camera. The 3rd issue is that the ball clamp thumb screw is longer than the base of the mount. The 4th issue is the camera will slowly droop unless I crank the ball jam screw extremely hard. For my application they are workable, but for many people these have too many flaws.

It is a little weak for a heavy iphone. But it is ok
