Well built alloy handle as apposed to most plastic types you get today. Just one note the handle length (what you push down on) is a bit smaller compared to most usa types. So someone with very little strength , really bad arthritis etc might feel it is harder to push down.

As others mentioned my hole was too small for the toilet, modifing might ve needed like shaving down the plastic or just leave iton the outside as I did, metal rod seems sturdy and standard size, easy to install even without instruction, quality seems fine for the money. Id recommened item to those in need of these but beware of what size hole you need otherwise youll have to modify. Item is an "A, seller is an A".

I purchased a new toilet last year, but started to notice that the toilet would continuously run at times unless I flicked the handle a few times. I opened the top to figure out the problem and it seemed that the flapper was getting stuck on the chain. After making numerous adjustments with no results, I was at my wits end and thought maybe I just needed to get a new toilet altogether. One day I asked for advice from the gentleman who was servicing my heater as he also does plumbing. He said just buy a longer chain. I couldn't believe the answer to my problem was so simple. So Amazon I went. The price was reasonable so I order this replacement handle kit. It was so simple to change that honestly a child could do it. You just have to make sure you are ordering the correct part for your toilet brand. I am very happy with my purchase and my flapper no longer gets stuck on the chain when flushing the toilet. I can't yet speak on the quality or durability of this product, but it has been installed on my toilet for two weeks with no issues.

Besides handle to short also not a good shape to it,square rubber a little to large but got it in,seems good quality except for those 2 things

No matter what I tried, I could not get the square plastic part with the rubber gasket to fit in the square hole. Without a snug fit, the nut on the other side didn't have enough room to catch the thread. Just the gasket itself is too big for the hole. I considered trimming it down, but that is too much fuss and if it didn't work, I could not return it.
