How to connect Mirror & Extend Dual Mode:

For macOS, Click the Apple icon in the upper left corner→System Preferences→Displays→Mirror or Extend Displays

For Windows 10, Press the Windows Key + P Combination Command-->Choose Duplicate or Extend.

For Windows system laptops, if the external monitor could not work, please update the BIOS and graphic card driver from the laptop's official website.

NOTICE: Make sure your host device's Type C port supports video output, and reset the default audio output device if you want to play audio through your HDMI device.

This USB C Multiports ONLY works with those laptops that the USB C Type Port supports video output or DP Alt Mode, which makes you more easily to transfer or mirror your USB-C laptop to TV, projector or monitor. It doesn't work with any laptops that have MINI Displayport(Mini DP Port).
