Let me say this, this machine is AWESOME! I did my first 10 minutes on to try it out. Once I was done, I felt light and good all over. I had been experiencing gas pains in my stomach. Once off the machine the pain was GONE. It was relaxing and soothing. The ease of operation was on point. The vibration was steady and the modes are versatile. I started in walk mode for first. I tested run mode and it was giving, giving. I have a stair stepper but, it is now pushed under my bed. This is now me GO TO for working out. I have nothing negative to say about this product. Packaging, quality and value all in one. ðŸ‘🽠JUST BUY IT! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED....

I'm using this to help with lymphatic draining. I've only used a few times but no complaints so far. It has three different vibration setting to simulate various walking/jogging speeds. Easy to use, easy storage, comes with a remote, and the price is right.

The machine came as pictured on Amazon. It has multiple settings for vibrations and instructions included. I thought it was going to be smaller since it states compact but it was full size. I like the top of the plate it shows best places for foot placement. It will take a few days for you to work up to a higher speed and find your balance but overall it’s been great for my circulation. I felt more energized using it for 15 mins in the morning. The remote control makes it easier to use when you’re standing on the machine. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The manual does not offer a lot of help. It needs to be more specific.The machine is ok but the bands broke after the first use. This accounts for my 3 star rating.

I really like this! It was a gift & love it so much buying one for myself! Colour is great! Low noise. Easy clip hand stretch bands! Easy to use buttons on device, with optional remote! Fair price! You can feel blood moving! It is also stress relief just loosing up tension! Thsnks

Very happy with it. I have bad knees and I am able to use it no problem. Only been using a couple weeks and have seen a difference.

The item arrived as expected and on time, unfortunately, the resistance bands broke on the very first use. There is no option to contact this seller to receive any support. I don't want to return the full vibration plate when it's just the bands that are the issue. Amazon isn't even able to contact the seller on my behalf.... I suggest looking for another vibration plate and most definitely purchase through another seller.
