Purchased October 5th, used a total of 4 times since then. Now the charge indicator on the battery won’t light up, and it will not charge. Attempts to report the issue have yielded a chat bot telling me the item is not returnable.

I was new to clipping my horse myself and boy was I nervous, thinking I am going to end up with a horse that looks like it has been attacked by ravage beasts. I am not suggesting that the end result was spot on perfect, but these were so easy to use. Batter lasts forever and the sound sent my mare to sleep (she does love being clipped though). I cannot recommend these clippers enough.
