This is the best Winder I have found. I have tried at least 5. They had no power, and they weren't sturdy. This one is amazing worth the money

Motor is semi powerful however do not like that when it gets hung up you have to constantly turn it off then on each time to get the motor started. Otherwise once it starts winding it produces very nice even balls of yarn.

I like the color of the metal base and it works well enough but the motor is not very strong. It says right on the manual that it would not work with a wooden swift. I wish that I had known that before ordering it.01/11/2025 Update:The company’s customer service is very responsive and addressed my issue with this product.

Wanted to love this product. It was easy to put together, and starts out winding a beautiful cake of yarn. However, when it gets to a certain point the yarn starts bunching up at the top of the cake. When you remove the cake the bunched yarn falls out of the end of the cake and ends up in a tangle. The only way I can prevent this from happening is to hold my finger in front of the last tension slot to hold the yarn down. That does not work all the time. Ended up going back to my manual yarn ball winder to finish my yarn cleanup project. Was winding Caron Simply Soft, will try with other yarns to see if I have the same problem.

Brilliant Machine, unlike last wool winder I had this winds cakes completely hands free, no need to guide the yarn, also speed was consistent, last Machine would slow down and stop constantly l, this Machine winds cakes tightly whether it's small or large amounts of yarn.

蝶ナットのネジか不良で締め付けられませんでした。諦めかけていたところ、手持ちの蝶ナットが見つかり、何とかしのぎました。もの凄く安い部品だと思いますがこんな不良品が当たったのは残念です。星は1にしたいくらいですが使えているので2にしました。
