My daughter has been using this for a few days now, it works well and seems to be well made.

Seems like it makes entire rolls of regular red heart yarn perfectly into cakes. Definitely going to make my yarn stash easier to store.

You have to get the rent on just right. I ruined bc it unvraveled after being rolled. It works fine after getting used to it.

I have mine on a corner of my computer desk, it doesn’t take up much space and is light. Overall it’s super easy to use and I will definitely recommend. My only “complaint†if it can be called that is that you have to watch the tension of the yarn as you wrap otherwise it’s difficult to crank and makes a loud crack sound like it will break.

This product is great to use while making a project. You can keep it on the spindle to work your yarn after having it respun from it original packing or take it off and save for later. It's sturdy enough for both. It's compact size makes it great to repack and take it on road trips.

The winder works, you just have to use smaller skeins of yarn with it.

This is my 4th winder. Operates as well as my red and white winder from the late 80s.Much better product than the Knit Picks (I had 2 from KP) model. This model has a metal arm vs a plastic arm from KP. No "sqeaky" plastic on plastic...yeah!The yarn stays in position when beginning to wind....Knit Picks DID NOT!Price is better, too. Extra needles, stitch markers and cable needles are a big plus.

This winder took no time to set up and start using. The counter attachment is flexible enough to use from various directions. Winds smoothly and creates a nice, even ball. Recommended.
