Tried a number of different brands.I use voice recognition with a system that calls out fields so you can keep your eyes on the main screen not the text screen.Problem with a handheld microphone, speaker combo is either1. System reads the field, then TRANSCRIBES its own readOr2. You program a delay so it doesn’t “listen†to itself. This works but is unnatural and awkward to use.I also need to be able to hear the people around me.This gives me the best of all worlds.It only covers one ear, so I can hear the voice cues but the microphone DOESN’T pick them up.I can hear the people around me and talk to them easily as only one ear is covered.The voice recognition pick up is as good as I’ve found anywhere.It also links to my computer AND my phone. The only problem (and maybe there is a fix) is it doesn’t pass through the messaging text cues, so I miss phone texts if I don’t keep an eye on the phone.Battery life has been great, I work up to 11 hours and have not had any problems.The single ear cover is very comfortable. I may add some padding on the opposite head clip, but that should be easy.

I don't have any other professional head phones so I thought I'd give this a try. I do a lot of phone calls for work and often work from home. Sound quality is great for what I use it for, unless the other line has a weak connection or they're aren't speaking clearly, I can hear the other person perfectly. I have kids that come in and out of my work area at home and a dog that barks at the air, sometimes I'm in and out to our living room while on a call and TV is on and the kiddos are talking or making some noise, I had several people tell me they couldn't hear the background noise. I also confirmed it with my manager while my dog was barking loudly and she couldn't hear the background. The earpads are comfortable and the headset itself doesn't feel tight and is lightweight. I have it on for a long period of time and my head or ears do not hurt. I've used it max 2 days in a row for phone calls and battery is still great. Overall, I think these headsets are great for what I need.

Lol, I might have a big head as these headphones are a little tight on me. Overall, these are really good headphones. I have no problems with connections. The people can hear me well and I can hear them. My other headphones I always had complaints that they could not hear me. They last all day which my other headphones couldn't do.

Excellent wireless headset for work. Setup was quick, easy, painless. Downloaded the software - updated the headset and dongles firmware with no issues. The headset is very light and comfortable. The battery lasts all day with no issue. 5 Stars for the sound quality. On calls I a am told the sound quality is excellent.Excellent headset for the price. Using it with VOIP Phone on my laptop and Teams Calls. Absolutely no issues so far.

If you're like me and were looking for headphones to prevent other people in your TEAMS meeting hear your children scream and playing then look no further. These work! My wife and I share an office space in our home and when she's on a TEAMS meeting or speaking with someone it cannot be heard by anyone I am speaking or talking to or if I'm in a TEAMS meeting at the same time. It legit blocks everything surrounding you out. It doesn't matter how loud she's speaking or how loud my children are screaming the other people on the other line cannot hear them. We tested it and had our kids purposely scream loud while my wife was talking while I listened on my headset in another room and silence, couldn't even hear them. Highly recommend!This is the wife mentioned above leaving a review...I wanted to add that this headset works with other applications not just TEAMS. I have it paired to my work cell and works very well with phone calls. The noise cancelling microphone is amazing. Battery life is long. I work 10 hour shifts. I use it all day and it hasn't died on me yet. The headphones are padded so it's very comfortable. Sounds quality is good. I have nothing negative to say about these headphones. 100% recommend! I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

It is a nice product. However, I work 8-9 hours every day and need to run around while on the phone. As of right now, I am get about 7 hours of life on the battery. Not good for a full work day. 35 hour talk time, no that is not happening.

I purchased this to replace earbuds as the buds were irritating my ears and hard for hearing impaired individuals to hear me. This is working great. It’s are comfortable, do not fall of when I bend over or move around, everyone can hear me and to my surprise (as I didn’t read that far) they do not hear the noise around me and my ears are recovering from the irritation of the buds. A win win all around. The buttons work great when I can remember the arrangement and it syncs quickly to my phone. Great value for the money.

Ordered this headset for my wife to work from home and she very much enjoys it and is in love with it, value for the money as it is competitive with higher expensive headset. Easy to use, fast pairing process, great sound quality, cancels out outside noise so the other person on the line won’t be able to hear, very sturdy and great battery durability on call time

I've been using these for a few months now, primarily for work calls and online meetings, and I'm generally impressed. The Microsoft Teams answer button is more useful than I thought it would be as I don't have to stop what am doing to click the answer button, might sound trivial but its a big plus point for me.Great clear audio and noise cancellation and callers report that I sound clear, even with some ambient noise.Long battery life, I can go at least a week without needing to recharge, which is very convenient.Love that I'm not tied to a desk with these and I can work around in the office, home or site. Although I have notice the range is reducedwhen the battery gets low. But charging is super quick so not a big issue.

Le casque fonctionne bien avec le dongle USB-C.La réduction du bruit ambiant est efficace (les interlocuteurs ne les entendent pas pas alors que je suis dans un openspace).Le casque est confortable à porter pour de longue durée une fois la taille ajustée.L’option de mute on quand on lève le micro est appréciable.

Leider funktioniert das mit dem Dongle überhaupt nicht. Eigentlich sollte man entweder per Bluetooth oder per Dongle telefonieren und teamsen können. Per Dongle schaltet sich aber Bluetooth ein und es gibt eine Rückkopplung. Auf der Yealink Homepage (USB Connect) findet sich auch der Dongle BT51 nicht zum konfigurieren, wie es bspw im Youtube Video erklärt wird.Das Mikrofon ist unbrauchbar. Sobald man den Kopf etwas bewegt, wird die Verbindung schlechter.

I have been trying to find a decent set of bluetooth headphones for WFH. I wasted so much time on the cheaper sets, I wish I had just gone for these from, the start.My main concern wass if they would work with Ring central software and they performed flawlessly from the moment I powered them on. Highly recommended.
