These fixtures provide a wide spread of heat and light and work perfect for any reptile. The Low Profile Single Fixture houses one socket for either a Zilla Mini Compact Fluorescent Bulb, Zilla Mini LED Plant Bulb, Zilla Mini Ceramic Heat Emitter or Zilla Mini Halogen Bulb, while the Low Profile Dual Fixture houses two sockets and can hold one of each. Both fixtures come with spring clips that secure the fixture to any screen cover. They also come with an inline cord switch to control the fixture. Bulbs are sold separately, allowing for customization of the needed heat and UVB.

This is thing and works with the xilla mini ceramic heat. I have a small terrarium where there are no doors. I took them off to open up the cage. Still it puts off just enough night heat. It's about 70-75 on the opposite side and just over 80 on the side it is on. This is going through a metal/mesh type top and it's I'm very close quarters as you can see and it seems to be just great. Not too hot for the wood above, but warm enough for nigh time.

I'm slowly swapping my CHE and domes all over to these low profile fixtures. They look sleek, save so much space, and I like how they can attach to your lid easily with springs.

I expected this lamp to get very hot on the top with the use of a ceramic heat bulb but it’s surprisingly not too hot! Love that it came with clips to keep the fixture in place and my gecko girl is extremely happy with it as well.

I bought two of these, one for daylight bulbs and another for constant heat. Works great for lighting and low profile look is amazing, but the heat one just seems to absorb 80% of the heat from the bulb. The bulb itself seems to be inefficient at heating the air below the fixture as the temperature below the fixture is 78F at best and the fixture is definitely above the 90F mark.

It was the perfect fit! Using halogen bulbs for it to keep my bearded dragon warm, I accidentally dropped it a few times but it’s really durable. Very good in terms of value for money! Highly recommend if you don’t have that much headspace for your enclosure.

This light fixture does exactly what it is supposed to do. I bought a bulb that was supposed to fit a fixture that I already had on hand, but, of course, that wasn't the case. I came to Amazon hoping to get one delivered fairly quickly, and found exactly what I needed. This fixture works with my plant bulb, fits on my 12x12x12 tank, and my plants have not complained about it at all. The best part of it all is that it was delivered 3 days earlier than expected. As a long time Josh's Frogs customer, I will shop their main site for live goods, and Amazon for supplies. Thanks!

I was disapointed in the shipping of this product. The box arrived unsealed and I was surprised all parts were still in the box. It works fine but the shipping needs to be done more carefully.
