I played drums in a rock and roll band in the late 1960 so I know quality drums sticks and there are so. What is very effect is the two sides one to mount on the snare drum the other a round area to practice. I immediately noticed that in playing on both sides both sides are very responsive as a well tighten snare drum skin.

I brought this for my 6 yr. old God-son who just started drum lessons. I like the fact it came with a 12 inch drum practice pad, adjustable drum practice pad stand, storage bag and a pair of 5A Maple Drumsticks that he can use when he gets older. The drum practice pad seems very durable and sturdy. Although the rubber gum surface side isn’t as thick as the rubber gum surface side that’s on his 6 inch Evans ReelFeel practice pad it’s still a good practice pad for a beginner.

Got these for my 6 year old son who is interested in learning the drums. They make enough noise for him to hear over music playing, but not so loud that they get on the rest of the families nerves. They are very sturdy, though we did have 1 drum stick that broke pretty early into playing with it.

It's good especially when you at home practicing and don't want to make noise or disturb anyone. It’s worth the money i used it and now my grandson is using it till he gets his drum.
