i bought this without readeing the reviews because of the nice looking stainless steel. Wow, what a nightmare. i spent hours and many trips to the store to buy adapters to discover that no matter how much pipe dope i used, it leaked. dont wast your time or money on this product. I then purchased the plastic one, and in less than one min. the job was finished, and had no leaks

you get what you pay forcheap easy fix... 1 of the 2 leaks at the upper connector, looks like a bad seam, so dont know how long it will hold upneeds a better clamp/connector.. the ring gets too loose to easy & needs to be able to lower it further in the bucket/bowl/trough.. mounts too close to the rim water level it topped off to the rim with no splash room so the water is spilled simply by trying to get a drink

It could be a little better made but so far no leaks. It was easy to install and it works well. It is worth what you pay for it.

I bought the two pack, one works fine the other leaks.There is no way to tighten it because it free spins.

Float stops the water properly but I couldn’t get the connection to stop leaking. I tried the slip on fitting parts no luck and still leaked when I used the supplied teflon tape it still leaked.I returned the items due to water tank overflowing due to poor fittings leaking.
