I’m very disappointed with this bench. The mechanism to place it in a flat position is completely different from what’s shown in the product images on Amazon. The bench doesn’t have any way to secure it in an actual flat and level position, which makes it unusable as advertised.Returning this large item would be a huge inconvenience, but I’m wondering if mine was made incorrectly. This product is nothing like what was promised in the photos.

Has the quality of a 260+$ bench, very surprised will be buying a second. The selector knobs are a nice touch compared to some home benches that are just a pin, making adjustments quick and effortless.

For home gym pricing you have almost commercial gym quality, it's definitely nicer than some commercial gym equipment. There's plenty of steel, it's nicely powder-coated, and this has nice adjustability- an incline bench that can go from decline to seated shoulder press and everything in between is rare. Oh, and it's easy to assemble.Where does it fall short? Mostly in the pads and packaging. The vinyl on the pads is not as heavy-duty as you'd see in a commercial gym, and the pads are not sized correctly to keep you off the hinge in a decline position. Add marginal packaging and you end up with dented or torn pads. Is that a big deal for me? Not really since I've built my own flat bench and pad and have leftover pad materials if I decide to upgrade this one.

Problems: 1) mechanism for going between flat and inclined is really annoying (requires moving two parts plus a release bit. 2) the bench is light and easy to flip if doing a reverse fly for example. 3) came ripped, as another user mentioned. Two stars instead of one because it's inexpensive, but be warned if you want to do any serious work it's not very good.

I’m a big gym goer and picky with benches. Getting this bench on sale, I’m beyond impressed with the quality for the price. Sturdy, yet light weight to move around. Easy to adjusted. I don’t normally write reviews unless things are really good or bad. This was a good buy.

Great solid bench that is easy to assemble. It has lots of extras, including extra locks to make the bench more sturdy when it's flat. It is also able to "fold"; however, it doesn't fold like some of the other benches. I'm over 6 feet tall, and my head doesn't hang off the end. One thing to be cautious of is that the legs aren't very wide, so there is a possibility of tipping over if you aren't careful. Overall, great bench.

For the flat bench setting, it seems something is missing to secure the bench fully. Tried to get feedback from amzon or supplier, I got no response.
