Your cart is empty.This simple but effective item is the heart and soul of keeping your purified water contained. This 55mm Crown or snap on light Blue cap is the industry standard cap for 3 and 5 gallon water bottles. Its standard integrated cup seals both the interior and exterior neck of the bottle. Release tab on the outer edge makes removing the cap a breeze. The cap fits both glass and plastic 3 and 5 gallon bottles with a "Crown" or "snap on" top. For reference, outside dimension for the bottle opening would be 2.165 inches. If you currently have a snap cap for the bottle the outside dimension of that cap is about 2.75 inches.

Finally a cap that fits! I rotate a 3 bottle 5 gallon system in my house and the one time I send my older kids out to go refill our water, a cap comes up missing..I tried two different local stores here in my area and both were either too big or just thin poor quality. However, these caps are not. they are thick and grab the lip of my plastic 5 gallon it ha a thin foam insert that give it that extra seal of protection from any water getting out. I'm very happy with this product and will be ordering more in the very near future.

The cap fits quite snugly, but if you are strong enough to wrestle a 5 gallon bottle of water you should have no problem getting the cap on and off. On the other hand when a nearly full bottle fell from our van to the pavement the cap stayed on the bottle and didn't leak. I am very happy with this cap.

I like this cap because it i has a tight fit and not easy to remove giving me piece of mind that water inside the bottle will not leak. I was hesitant to buy because the reviews said that it was really difficult to remove. But that wasn't the case for me. it wasn't easy but very doable even for a not so strong lady like me.

I needed something that would seal well and be removable. These fit the bill. They're a little tough to remove but have never popped off on their own. Never had a spill either. So they're perfect for my use. I bought more for new carboys after a couple of years of using 3 of these.

I ordered 5 of these items (there are two caps per unit), and I'm very pleased. They fit perfectly snug on standard 3/5 gallon bottles (like the ones I'd get from the supermarket or water delivery). They are easy to remove, and can be reused over and over again (I use it to fill up water bottles from a home filter).This is a great way to store a small emergency stash of water for example. All in all, I highly recommend these caps, and they are a good deal (with very reasonable shipping costs).

Snap onto Primo jugs very tight. Does take an effort to remove. Did not come with foam seals, so no quite leak proof on side. I used foam seals out of original jug lids and it let me store jugs on side in rack.

I like that the lid has a tab so you can remove it . Was hard to get on first time but after that was easily taken on and off for refilling. This fit perfect. Would highly reccomend for snap on 5gallon water jug with 55 mm opening

Not as tight as the disposable lids, so it can drip when the container is on its side. But it's useful for transporting the water home, and as a dust cover.
