Got these for crochet baby hats and other projects. The instructions are just pictures but it's a pretty simple contraption to use. A few things. The snippers that come with the pom pom makers aren't to super sharp so if you plan to cut the yarn/string don't make too many wraps around. I like that there are different sizes to choose from. And it's a good price. I also like that if you want you can trim your pom pom before you take it out of the contraption. All in all I'm satisfied.You can make striped pom poms if you use two different yarns and wrap one color a few times then the other color on top of it on each side.All in all it's a good product that does the job it's supposed to do for a good price! (If I can figure out how to add pictures later I will)

Best $8 I’ve spent so far in 2023. This little gadget is easy to use, and makes the cutest pom poms. They changed my gift wrapping game, and I use them to fill the negative space in packages we send to family. They’re perfect for knitting/crocheting projects, and once you figure out how it works and have a sharper pair of scissors, it’s easy to use. Though I did give this 5 stars, the scissors that came with are ineffective, and the instructions leave out a pretty vital detail: you have to pull apart the maker to take out your finished product. Feels like you’re going to break it, but it snaps back together very easily. Aside from those small critiques, it’s really perfect for what it’s advertised to do. Grab a sharp pair of scissors and go Pom Pom crazy!

pompom makers work great and are very convenient to use - the little scissors that came with them are totally worthless for cutting anything.

Makes the whole Pom Pom thing a simple and fun task. Don't hesitate to buy this. It's a cheap and flimsy device, but it's all you need and I'm certain it will long outlast my need to make pom poms in later life. LOL.

I always struggle with making pompoms! This was an excellent tool to make them within a few mins it's! I did not have to do much trimming either! Love it! Will use often!

I like that there are 4 different sizes, however I’m having trouble getting my scissors in the smallest maker to cut. Also, they seem very flimsy and I’m afraid they are going to break when I use them. My daughter has the Clover brand and they are so much better. Should have paid more to get better quality.

Purchased this pom-pom maker for a crafting class that I would be teaching two children at my local library. What a fun gadget to play with. I made an entire skin of pom-poms and very excises. It is easy to use. Sturdy. And a great addition to my craft tool collection.

I love this set of 4 pom pom makes and the yarn it comes with is great for practicing. They are easy to use and fun too! I'm really enjoying making pom poms.

I have no issues with them. They definitely aren't Clover ones but they work just as good.

Saw the pom pom makers on a tv show thought hmm that looks interesting and they work. Use thick yarn cause there is a lot of trimming to get a nice round pompom
