I needed the springs to stretch and retract without losing their recoil and they performed excellent. The wire diameter of .046 held up well for my application.

This spring works exactly as you would expect, has great tension, and it is nice that it comes in a two-pack for a very reasonable price. I don't expect to need to buy a new one for quite a long time even with regular use.

I used these along with binder clips to make water bottle holders for my pets when traveling by air a long distance. They were the perfect length and very strong and flexible. I also use them to keep the door of the pet carrier and the cage open when I don't want it swinging closed on little tails or toes. A must- have for small pet owners.

Used as a tensioning spring in a cajon for the snare adjustment and worked very well, ends are closed loops like a key chain ring so won’t detach easily but can be removed if required.
