I purchased this set of three deadbolts for my exterior doors so they would all be keyed the same. The deadbolts are substantial and have a nice finish. Easy to install and function properly. A good value in my opinion.

Use:I had roommate that recently moved out of my house, and I wanted to change out the locks to be sure that the key that he had for the house was not given out to any of his friends. I found these and wanted to give them a try. I needed 2 and like to have a matching set to reduce the number of keys on my keyring. Below are some pros and cons and a summary.Pros:- Nice looking locks: They matched my door knobs quite well and looked very nice for the price I paid for the pair.- Quality: These seem like decent locks. I am not expecting them to outperform any of the higher priced locks, but I feel as though they would work pretty good. If someone is really wanting in your house, they're going to get in. These seem like they're decent quality compared to some others that I've used in the past.- Number of keys: Each lock came with 3 keys each, so I have a total of 6 keys now! I was not expecting this since most locks come with 2 total. This will allow me to give one to my dad, one to my mom, and one to my sister in case they need to get into my house.- Price: The price was great! I got 2 locks for a total of $34 after taxes. These are not the cheapest, but they are definitely priced right.Cons:- Ease of installation: This is where my experience my differ from others. Most of the newer house builds use the rounded faceplate on the end of the door and striker plate mounted to the wall. These locks use the retangular faceplate and striker plate, so I had to trim off a little on the door and the wall. This made installation a little longer than expected, though the actual assembly of the deadbolt was quick. Just be aware of the type of faceplate you have and be ready to trim if needed.Summary:Overall I am very pleased with the purchase. The locks worked perfect, I have plenty of keys to give to family, and the price was great! Installation was a bit longer than anticipated since I had to trim out the faceplate on my door and had to trim the molding on the wall a bit to get the faceplate and striker plate to fit, but I was alright doing it. I'd highly recommend these to anyone needed a good set of locks.

Feels tough. The keys fit like butter into the locks. Comes with THREE keys per lock which is really nice. I now have 9 keys!

I bought 2 of these locks for a commercial warehouse and WOW ! what a nice stainless steel lock it is....I liked it so well that I bought more for the rest of the doors...You just can't beat stainless for anything outside...The locks came with 3 keys each....more than enough when they are keyed alike....

3 keyed alike for the 3 doors requiring deadlocks, so I have one key and lots of spares. Not high security, but reasonable.

Good value lockset. Not quite as heavy duty as some high end model, but does the job. Working well for me so far.
