If you want to get into a warm bed in a cold room this is the right product. Dual controls is a plus. It fits pillow top mattresses. Warm but not hot. The automatic shutoff timer is great. It is silent no noise to interrupt sleep . And it makes the buyer sleep more soundly.

Came as advertised and, via Prime, expeditiously; well packaged, too. It heats efficiently, but Low (the lowest temp) is not low -- I would think it's more of a 3-setting on previous mattress pad heaters we've owned. The problem with that is you eventually end up overheated during the night, so you're back and forth with on-and-off positions when you should be able to get a low consistent temp that matches your real needs at the time -- we both agree on that aspect. My wife doesn't like the clicking noise made when changing the temp up or down during sleep time. The quality of this item is present, no ifs and or buts. The one and only thing I would request the manufacturer focus on is fine-tuning the bottom settings of the temperature range to make it a bit more consumer-friendly than currently. however, at this stage, we're willing to keep this as opposed to returning -- we feel we can live with the minor idiosyncrasies of this design -- and it does fit very well.

Mattress works and fit and quality are solid. But the mattress is WAY TOO HOT! I’ve been through a number these heated mattresses before, and this one isn’t really palatable for a full evening. I put it on LOW for 30 minutes and my wife and I can only tolerate a fraction of that. We basically turn it on while getting ready for bed and then have to turn it off or we’ll overheat. I wish low was really LOW so we could run it all night. Low on this mattress pretty much meets the highest setting I’ve had on the other heated pads I’ve had. I like it overall but I won’t buy another when it dies.

Haven't had one of these in years and so glad I took the plunge and bought it again. Weather has turned a tad cold and this makes climbing in bed in warm sheets so much better.

This product is amazing. I use it on a daily basis prior to getting into bed. It supports my back pain and also helps me fall asleep faster. It washes very well and is so easy to use. I’ve recommended this product to so many friends.
