It’s a basic butt set that will get the job done. I recently had to trace a bunch of lines from demarc to endpoint to see if they were still in use at a few sites. Not enough money to go buy a Fluke, but this little thing got the job done. If you’re going to use it everyday, get something more durable, but this was well worth the money it cost.

Great product. Worked flawlessly right out of the box. Extremely convenient size and weight. Going from the old big phone butt this is really convinient. Feels a little flimsy but works great.

I'm not sure that this could be made in a more cheap manner. It feels like a child's toy but not that durable. Not the sort of thing that needs much in the way of directions but this had none. Absolutely zero. All your instructions are the marketing copy on the package. I was able to dial out with this but that's it. No dial tone testing or anything else. The carrying case that came with this was obviously designed for something else. There was one pocket that somewhat fit the device right next to a huge pouch that was much to large for the remaining peripherals. Then the top folds over and velcros closed. No way to attach this large pouch to your belt or anything else.This device is not worth what it costs to ship it. Would not recommend.

I have to say I was a little spectacle about this little butt set. I used it for the first time last week and it performed very good. Just exactly as advertised. Very pleased so far.

Basic set for your landline. Thought a more thorough explanation of phone line operation and set usage would have been included. The included instruction sheet was cursory. Worked as advertised.

I must of left my My good butt set on a job, so I needed something to get me through till I could afford to purchase another top quality set. It works I got a back up and a loaner out set now
