I’m seriously SHOCKED by how awesome this product is! At first the instructions weren’t very clear. But I did figure out that the 3 sensors do NOT have to be programmed to the plug in device as they already are. All you have to do with them is place them where you want. Each is excellent with sensitivity

I got these sensors to monitor a new in-sink garbage disposal as well as the fridge (because one flooded the house many years ago while away on vacation). The sensors themselves are sensitive and get very loud, and though I haven't tried yet, they should be easily integrated into the Tuya app, which means it should work with Home Assistant.

Hub was easy to set up in Smart App and link to Google Home. Alerts via sounds and lights, app triggers alarm as well, with each zone / device identified. Mounted transmitters and wired sensors with included double sided tape, would be easy enough to add screws to hold in place if tape fails. The 3 included sensors come with batteries installed, sync was instant to app hub as well. Placed hub in basement with furnace / hot water tank, another on main floor laundry, and last in garage bathroom with outdoor hose connection. Through multiple walls from wood to brick, no issues with signals up to 30ft away from hub. Appears to work with any 433Mhz sensors, which are the same as the honeywell door and window alarm contacts. Could be a full alarm system replacement.

It does make a big noise - I tested it out and it really objected by raising the alarm - which is what it is supposed to do. Still trying to work out the best implementation, but it works.

I’m always hesitant to buy electronics like this because I’m afraid they’re going to be hard to install. This was not. It was pretty foolproof. Works great so far. Very pleased.

What attracted me to this product is the option of using the supplied float sensor or the surface sensor that can sir flat on the floor. I have a sump pit, so using the float (suspended a few inches above the water level at which the pump activates) is perfect. The alarm will be sent well before the water level reaches the basement floor, giving plenty of time to attend to the problem. Tested this sensor, and it works perfectly. In the laundry room I placed one in the tray that holds the hot water tank, and a second a few feet away beneath the washing machine. Being able to connect two sensors to the same detector/alarm allows me to use the third unit in the kitchen, under the dishwasher. So, four potential problem areas are covered with the three units provided for $70.Once I installed the phone app and put fresh batteries in the alarm units, the phone app detected them moments after entering my wi-fi name and password. (If you plan on using the batteries supplied with the device, be prepared to swap them for new ones if you have any trouble getting your phone to recognize them. Only two of three sets of batteries provided worked for me. The third set did not allow connection.)Tested all sensors. The alarms sounded right away, and are plenty loud. (You can turn the volume down, but why would you?) Phone alert also activated right away, just as expected.I haven't got a feel for battery life yet, but the phone app promises to alert me if the battery is low. Let's hope this works. Perhaps I will update this review once I know more.Using the double-sided tape to mount the alarm unit makes installation easy, and the wire clips provided make the job neat.Seems good value for the money. I may increase my rating to five once I see how the units stand the test of time.Update after 6 months of use: We were 30 kms from home one morning when the app alarm sounded, and a push notification arrived on my phone telling us that a sensor had triggered. We went home immediately to find that the tape I had used to secure the float sensor had let go, and the sensor was floating in the water of my sump pit. Proof that the unit worked exactly as it should! (Did a better job of securing the sensor after that!) Still running on the same batteries, so I have increased my rating to 5 stars. I will continue to update this review in months ahead.

Los he utilizado para poder detectar alguna fuga de agua debajo del lavabo, ya que anteriormente hemos tenido pequeños fugas.Su trabajo lo ha hecho perfectamente y no me puedo quejar. Sin embargo, pienso que la interfaz con la que funcionan dentro de tuya podrÃa ser un poco mejor.Tal vez es error mÃo, pero me pareció que en la descripción indicaba que también era posible detectar el nivel del agua. Es decir, que no solo se trate de detectar cuando hay agua, sino cuando el agua no se encuentra el nivel del sensor. Sin embargo, este último jamás lo encontré, ya que la interfaz es simplemente básica.Una cosa que no me ha gustado, es que no hay posibilidades de suprimir el sonido. Es decir, siempre va a sonar no importa si lo deseas o no haciendo un escándalo infernal a cualquier hora del dÃa. Para algunos esto puede ser algo positivo o que les da igual, pero para mà únicamente me interesarÃa poder recibir la notificación en el móvil y ya.
