This is the third cone collar I have bought, and has the best design. The mesh is lighter than the plastic on other models and allows my cat to see through the sides of the cone. The velcro is in one section only, unlike a competitor, so it is lighter weight. And the adjustable elastic neck with a toggle allows for a snug fit, unlike another model my cat could pull off. She sleeps with it on, is purring, and having a better recovery than with the other products. Quick shipping as well. Very satisfied.

This cone is actually easy to put on and take off and it’s adjustable. If your cat likes to run away after they figure out what the cone is you can still surprise them and put it on with the handy Velcro side and can be adjusted around the neck as well.

Our cat had ear surgery and vet put a hard plastic cone on him so we got your softer one because the plastic one was rubbing a sore on his neck. It’s also not as big so probably more comfortable.

She seems comfortable and normal with it. Our veterinarian even asked where he could get some. She can see through it, it’s soft enough for her to sleep in but hard enough that it’s not always flopping on her ears. We let her run around in it for a few hours a day a few times before her spay surgery so she wasn’t weirded out when we really needed to use it.

Overall the product seems like it'll be perfect for my cat, but I checked if it had a strong factory/manufacture/new smell that could irritate my cat who has allergies I noticed it had a pungent smell like 2nd hand smoke that settles into clothes? And it had to be, because for the rest of the day my own allergies and asthma were severely agitated. I'm going to try cleaning it, but I'm not subjecting my cat (who has his own breathing/heart issues) to inhaling it. Most likely going to have to toss this and go buy one at a proper store sadly.

The cone was great as far as being comfortable and the size was correct and my cat was able to move around. But she absolutely hated it and pulled it off continuously. You can’t really tighten it too much because there’s a choking hazard, but if your cat is chill, it would probably be just fine. Easy to wash.
