I couldn’t be more please with this mandolin case. At first I thought my “A†style mandolin was too big for the case, but after reading other reviews I tried a bit more and found it to be a nice, snug fit. I just had to compress the cushions a little more. It has a plush interior and a solid structure overall. My older case was so flimsy in comparison. This one I could check as luggage if inclined (and I’m not. lol) Great value! I’ll never have to purchase another!

My only worry about this case was that my mandolin wouldn't fit, but it fit great!!I have a Stagg m50e mandolin and the case fit like a glove. Not too small, but snug enough to keep the mandolin in place for travel. I bought this case because I needed a way to transport it across the country on a plane and only had a soft shell case. This hard shell case was perfect! The little compartment to hold picks and other things was great too. I hadn't realized this when I bought the case, but it comes with keys and a lock on the case! So you can keep you instrument safe from theft or tampering (theoretically). Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!!

It’s a nice case; well made and a decent fit for my Eastman mandolin, but the handle should be moved to the neck to make it more balanced.

Didn't want to spend too much on a hard case but wanted to replace the gig bag. This item is perfect: value priced, well constructed and looks good. My Eastman MD305 fits in it perfectly and is now well-protected.

This was way more than I expected. It fit perfect. OK I just got a Old Kraftsman mandolin free at a garage sale. It didn't sale so she gave it to my son and it's here. In 1950s they made guitars, didn't know they made others. Then they stoped and went to Craftsman tools. I found it on internet and used sales for 1200$. Yes needs some help. Neck was worped but put in case with humidifyer and came out. Needs more work, but I got everything here. Ordered new bridge and 3 sets of strings. Tunners and how to book. BUT back ta case. It fit but I had ta push it in. Thats good. I could throw it out a 10 story building and mandolin would be fine. Padding i would is about 2". Plus air tight. Can put humidifier in it and it goes to instrament. I have 13 guitars and every one is in a case like this. I have a Kraftsman electice guitar also made in 1950. In short I will learn ta play it, but don't plan on another. If I do I will buy this case again. LOL if I run on to another made in1950 I will have it.

The case fits my Kentucky A mando well. Latches line up well. No annoying odor that sometimes come with cases made in China. The only downside is the case is front heavy when carrying from the handle with the mando in it. This is a good case if you will not be flying.
