Sometimes you just need the pci slot in a different spot than it is. This can fix that. As for mining? I have no idea i just needed the Pci slot in a different place.

I installed this in less than a min plugged in my GPU and was up and running. My only problem was the card was tight to get into the clip but i don't consider this an issue more of a feature...

The most important thing to know is that they should not be powered with that SATA cable dongle... Also these are older generations there are newer risers so if you have newer equipment you should use newer risers.

Attempted to use in multiple computers, in multiple slots, with multiple known working graphics cards- Intel and Nvidia. No gpu was recognized.I may try a similar device with more lanes or more capacitors.

Für eine Render-Workstation wollte ich so viele GPU's im Cluster stecken wie auf mein X99 Board passen. Dies hat leider von hause aus nur 2x PCIe 16x.Ich habe mir dann 2x diesen Adapter geholt, um 2 weitere A2000 betreiben zu können. Da diese keine Externe Stromversorgung haben, musste einer mit einer Strom zufuhr für die ~75W her.Mehr Plug&Play kann es nicht geben. Alles miteinander verbunden, Workstation gestartet, läuft.Da mein Use-Case etwas spezieller ist, wüsste ich nicht, wem ich das jetzt empfehlen würde, aber wenn ihr auch auf der Suche seit nach einem solchen Adapter, ist dieser sehr zu Empfehlen.

Fonctionne depuis quelques semaines, et pour le moment rien a redire. Reconnus sans problème avec les deux cartes graphiques sous windows 10.
