I have not worked out on this yet, but I will very soon. It's very sturdy and moves around easily. The best part was it's easy to assemble...didn't need help from anyone! I am looking forward to using my newest addition to my home gym and excel in my fitness!

As far as preacher bench functionality and leg extension functionality are concerned this item has 5-star quality. This functions very well as a supplement to a powerlifting cage if you prefer doing your curls with a preacher bench and want to hit your quads and hamstrings on leg day.The most annoying facet of this bench is that you must remove the preacher pad attachment to do leg extensions and you must remove the leg extension attachment. The preacher pad has a quick-release. The leg extension attachment requires a 6mm Allen wrench and a 17mm socket/wrench for installation/removal.It'd be perfect if the leg extension attachment could be removed without tools.

This is a great little weight bench. I say little because it’s not something massive for a professional bodybuilder, but it gets the job done. My dad came over and he was so impressed. He ordered one for himself!

I had a weld fail on the bench while I was using it. Looks like it wasn't properly bonded to begin with. I have contacted the seller and they quickly agreed to replace my product at no charge, and did not make me ship back the broken bench (which would have been difficult). Besides the one bad weld, the product is perfect!

It's quite nice, if you are on the taller side the quad lift may be too short. Preacher curl pad and handle come off easily so they aren't obstructing anything when not in use. The bench has most usable angles of incline and decline, although some may want slightly more decline.

Easy to put together, I'm 6' and have a tough time with shoes using the leg lift as the feet are in the way, other than that it is basic and does what it is supposed to.
