Installed today (10/31/24) and works as it should. No breaking or exploding like other reviews state. It doesn’t put out much light or heat but that’s not why I bought it. My snake doesn’t require UVB but since it would encounter it in nature I might as well provide it. Bulb is inexpensive and works but I will probably upgrade in the future.

Love these bulbs, work great, and they last far longer than the UVB does. Never had one die early on me.

This is my second time ordering this last time it broke very easily, That’s the only thing that is not great about it. It doesn’t light the tank that much but still very nice!

Had it for over a month still going great, I have kids been through several head lights so this definitely lasts longer I'd say.

BYER BEWARE!, The fixture was NOT plugged in when I screwed in the bulb. The bulb EXPLODED as I screwed it in and cut my hand. I was holding the back of the bulb as the front part exploded. Unfortunately, it was purchased in July 2024 so it’s outside the return time.
